Cant or the correctly punctuated can’t is a word that is used far too often. I believe the word ‘can’t‘ needs to be reserved for when something is impossible, rather than just difficult to do.
Here though, no matter what word the ‘Fakebook Fact-Checkers’ are hiding from us, it seems to me, the word ‘can’t’ is the right word.

Once damaged can the ovaries and other glands/organs recover? That we do not know at this time, but one thing is certain a ‘vaxed’ person can’t become ‘unvaxed’.
