With 5G being rolled out around the world, I have found it difficult to understand the various frequencies and wavelengths of the Radio Frequency Radiation being used.
Fortunately, I found a document shared by Barrie Trower. I have been able to use this to create a simple guide to Radio Frequency Radiation.
