100k refers to the over 100,000 NHS workers who have been threaten with ‘no jab / no job‘.
It certainly seems that the UK government aim to destroy the NHS as part of a plan to depopulate the country, allowing wealth to be moved from the majority into the off-shore bank accounts of a very few, very wealthy, families.
