BBC/MSM claim that the UK, USA and European adverse reaction systems have been corrupted by false reporting. This is not true. Most adverse reactions are recorded by doctors who have to give their details and would lose their jobs if they made a false report. Patient details have to be given and these are checked to avoid duplicate reporting. Adverse reactions are followed up, such as any false information would be eliminated.
