It is surprisingly easy to complete, regardless of how many times you may have had:

  • any illness described as CoViD
  • any injections described as a CoViD vaccine
  • even if you have never had an illness described as CoViD
  • even if you have never had an injection described as a CoViD vaccine

This survey is important for everyone and can be completed by you, in a lot less than 5 minutes.

The above link to the ‘Covid-19 One Million Survey’ came to me via Dr David Cartland whom I consulted when I could not find the support for what seemed like cancer from the NHS. He was able to correctly diagnose (it was not cancer) and refer me for low cost private treatment that took just a few minutes and was 100% successful.

These are the words that came with the survey when I received it, on 13th May 2023…

All-cause mortality is currently 21% higher than the 5 year average.
We have witnessed a sharp uptake in Strokes, heart attacks, cancer, and auto-immune disease, and ‘died – suddenly’ is a phrase we keep hearing, especially amongst many young, fit people.
Andrew Bridgen MP called for an inquiry – he was subsequently dismissed from the Conservative party.
We need the TRUTH – if the Government medicine isn’t safe and effective – we need to know now – not 50 years down the line (like they did with cigarettes)
This won’t be like a YouGov survey, we need to get to the truth so whether you’re pro or anti the covid-19 injection let’s do this!
We need 1 million responses! Just click the link and share it with others.
A democracy is built on TRUTH and TRANSPARENCY – not lies, deception, coersion and gas-lighting!

Please do complete this survey, as whatever the truth is, the truth needs to be shared.

Sixes and Sevens https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/sixes/ https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/sixes/#respond Tue, 17 Sep 2019 11:57:20 +0000 https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/?p=1384 These days I am blogging elsewhere so rarely add to sharewellness. I will share this that I wrote a few days – just a draft to go with a new book….

I remember my grandmother, Nan, saying, “I’m all at sixes and sevens”.

I have always understood this to mean something like these 29 words, “I’m trying to do too many things at once. I have too many choices. I am bit confused. I am not getting much done because I am not focusing.” Now, isn’t that amazing how about 6 words in, “I’m all at sixes and sevens”, translates in my head to my 29 word explanation.

It is this ability to say so much so succinctly that attracts me to the use of these cultural sayings. They are cultural though and I need be aware that many people will not know the sayings I use and believe I that understand.

There is a good reason why I have started here with ‘sixes and sevens’

A few years ago I emailed a mind map to Michael in USA. My map had 8 main branches. He emailed back saying it would be easier to understand if it had only 6 or even as few as 5. He suggested this might be true of all mind maps and of all subjects.

I believe he was right. I believe the human mind usually copes really well with up to 5 concepts while adding a 6th or 7th to be kept-in-mind, learned or committed to long-term memory is far harder.

This graph is purely my belief, for me, having given a lot of thought to how I learn and go on to share ideas. The line is an exponential trend, where points 1, 2 ,3 and 4 are just about on the trend, going up, as we might expect, with it being a little more difficult to keep everything in mind as we add an extra idea.

I then find 5 ideas in a set easier than the trend would predict.

In order to memorize 7 ideas in a set, such as ‘The 7 Habits of Highly effective People’ I find it a huge effort, while 8 ideas or more rarely seems worth the effort.

Here is an example of something I have not memorized, “The 12 Step Plan for Overcoming Addictions”. I know it exists and believe it to be great for those who are able to stick with it, but it is not a list of steps I am ever likely to commit to memory.

I do not want you to be, “All at sixes and sevens” and certainly not at “Elevens and 12’s!” so throughout this book/program I am going to be presenting sets of ideas in the way that works for me and that is mainly in 4’s and 5’s.

Wellness is… Wellbeing Sustained over Time https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/sustained/ https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/sustained/#respond Fri, 25 Jan 2019 09:29:35 +0000 https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/?p=1323 Wellness is… Wellbeing Sustained over Time

Have you ever been asked, “What is the difference between ‘Mind/Body/Spirit’ and Wellbeing?

To me, these are the same thing because for either, the ideal is to have sufficient, and when needed an abundance, of both positivity and energy.

Having studied and taught Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) for many years I know for certain that every student and facilitator of WRAP would develop their own unique definition of wellness.

Being able to explain what we mean by wellness almost always helps with sustaining wellbeing in ‘Mind/Body/Spirit’.

I’d like to share my most basic definition of wellness, while appreciating we all need a more detailed/elaborated version for our unique aims and personal goals.

For me,

Wellness is Wellbeing Sustained over Time.

Having defined Wellbeing as Positivity and Energy, I am happy to share my little equation that reveals more about how I consider my own wellness these days:

Wellness = Positivity x Energy x Time

Some people love acronyms, others do not! If acronyms work for you Wellness = P.E.T.

I will be sharing how this calculation can be used in conjunction with Dr Liz Miller’s grid, form her book Mood Mapping, and why this may help us to live longer while feeling better.

——————–

Having shared Wellness = P.E.T. (Positivity x Energy x Time), I would like to share how wellness may have similarities to looking after a pet.

Whether you are imagining a cat, dog, horse, goldfish or tortoise… whatever pet they need consistent care to live a healthy long life.

A dog needs to feel safe, have excellent nutrition, walks everyday, playtime, socialising with other dogs, people and children and ideally have continuous education with commands such as ‘sit and stay’. Having other pets may seem more or less complex than having a dog, yet all may come with unique needs just as we each have our unique definition of wellness. If you keep fish you’ll know about the challenges of keeping their water clean over long periods.

For our sustained wellness we need routines that ensure we have:

  • plenty of both positivity and energy
  • ways to identify habits that cause us to lose our positivity or energy
  • ways to install new routines that allow longer lasting positivity and energy

I may be implying that habits are bad and routines are better. It may not be that simple, especially as even the best routines can be made to be habitual. However, our routines/habits depend upon our subconscious beliefs, so more than anything else at this time I urge you to find at least one way in which you can examine your subconscious beliefs and change those beliefs. Change the subconscious beliefs that holding you back from the wellness (longevity with wellbeing) that is available for you.

How to prevent Alzheimer’s with diet / High fat diets questionable according to Dr Gregor https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/alzheimer/ https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/alzheimer/#respond Mon, 09 Apr 2018 23:40:46 +0000 https://www.sharewellness.co.uk/?p=1244 Does eating avocado help to combat mood disorders

High in healthy fats – Is that good?

Veganism advocate, Dr Michael Gregor, never seems to have been keen on high fat. He shares his views on ‘saturated fat needing to be strictly limited’ and ‘all fat from animals being bad for us’ in his 9th April video.

Author of ‘Eat Fat / Get Thin’, Dr Mark Hyman, has tended to share something close to the opposite view (although they are in agreement on the health benefits of a plant-based diet). In Nov 2014 Dr Hyman shared,

Here are the characteristics of a healthy diet everyone agrees on:

Higher in good quality fats – omega 3 fats for all. And most camps advise good quality fats from olive oil, nuts, seeds and avocados. Although some, such as Drs. Esselstyn and Ornish still advise very low fat diets for heart disease reversal.

It is challenging to argue with Dr Caldwell Esselstyn’s great track-record for reversing heart disease and his amusing repeated shouting of, “No oil!”, from stages all over the USA. This makes me concerned for people on strict vegan diets who wish to minimize saturated fats while wanting to use ketosis to help reverse any chronic condition. If Dr Esselstyn is right they could easily be in danger from over-consumption of refined oils

I have been on a high-ish fat diet (typically 60% of calories) for several years. I like the taste but is it doing me harm? I’m having grass-fed butter almost every day (sometimes two or more times per day) and boiled organic eggs with runny yolks most days. I believe I have been a lot better at avoiding the worst fats so far in 2018.

My avoidance of toxic fats, so far in 2018, as I remember it:

  • Close to zero fried food other than rarely using organic coconut oil and keeping temperature as low as possible
  • Only had chips (chip-shop or otherwise) once this year
  • Zero pork and only had chicken once
  • No fried breakfasts
  • No oil (other than coconut or on a rare occasion when I have eaten out)
  • No ready-meals or take-away meals

Perhaps, my point is that the people who are on high fat and are sick or dying young are probably all consuming many times more toxic fat than I have been. How much evidence is there that organic natural fats do harm? I am thinking that it is a similar situation to meat/foods-from-animals = very little evidence these themselves do harm but how they have been farmed, processed, packaged, cooked etc usually makes them toxic.

Having said all this… my underlying belief is that I would most likely be healthier if I had some days (each week maybe) on very high salad much lower fat meals. I claim that I am not well-enough, robust enough to go low fat, but is this just me making excuses?

Yet, I may be in agreement with Gregor in some ways as he seems to say “questionable” and yes, I am questioning.

In his video of 9th April 2018, in the table at 2m 27s it shows that at least 3 of the studies fed the rodents lard. Lard is pig fat which surely would not be normal rodent food. I believe this lard likely to be very unhealthy because the pigs are almost exclusively fed toxic foods that help farmers make the pigs fatter quicker, hence I have avoided eating any pork for many months. I suspect the majority of the rodent studies use lard, even if it is not mentioned specifically, not least because it is cheap. Also, why use cold-pressed-organic-coconut-fat if, as a researcher, you are only going to get future funding if you can make at least one group of your lab animals sick (cynical me!).

As previously, Gregor points out that people who die with Alzheimer’s tend to have very clogged arteries in the brain, yet so far as I am aware there is zero evidence that healthy fat clogs arteries… or have I buried my head in the sand and missed this research into healthy fats? What had the non-animal-eating rodents and healthier humans mentioned in the video eating? It would seem they had lots of green veg… at least that seems to be implied or at least for the ‘control’ rodents they had diets similar to the ‘Lab-Sure’ diet that I used to be involved in testing way back in the early 1980’s. Essentially, lab animals that researchers wanted to stay healthy were given the best food available to avoid risks of random illnesses that would mess up results. Oh, I have got way too cynical perhaps in suspecting that when adding the extra meat and fats the researchers were as careless as those Japanese people mentioned at the start of the video whom I suspect started eating McDonalds etc.

I also wonder if the typical Japanese person is genetically or some other way even less able to cope with fried meat, a bit like some of us might struggle with raw fish? I am not saying raw fish would be especially bad for us, just that I’m thinking the main thing is steer clear of all junk rather than blame meat. I suggest it is of little use going low-fat-vegan if still occasionally frying in olive oil. The evidence against frying in oil is, I believe, far stronger than any against healthy organic fats. Isn’t it?

I am keen to hear from readers, while also I am not going to resist saying this again (a bit like Dr Esseltyn’s ‘No oil!’ message.)

Steer clear of all junk rather than blame meat!
